ADEB answers
Who are ADEB captains and how are they vetted?
Every ADEB captain passes security screening through the Amn and Elm platforms, a face-to-face interview on conduct and discretion, and training to a written standard of presentation and protocol, in formal Saudi attire. Of more than two hundred applications, fewer than half passed. Captains are employees of ADEB's partner companies, working under the ADEB standard with security screening and insurance cover in place, and members keep the ones they trust on a Favorites list.
The screening
Security verification through the official Amn and Elm platforms before a captain joins. A face-to-face interview that tests conduct and discretion: what is said in the car stays in the car. Training on the written ADEB standard, from the greeting to the handover of the keys.
The numbers
More than two hundred applications. About forty-five percent passed. The standard is the product; the pass rate is the proof.
Attire and protocol
Formal Saudi attire, always. Considered service protocol: the door, the greeting, the keys, the drive, the return. Members who prefer an English-speaking captain tell the concierge on WhatsApp when booking.
Keep the captain you trust
Members save captains to a Favorites list and rebook them directly. Airport runs and family trips are usually booked with a favorite.
