How do I book and pay for an ADEB captain?

Add your car, choose a trip, hours or a full day, set the date, time and location in Riyadh, then pick a favorite captain or the nearest available one. The fare is shown before you confirm. Track the captain on the way, and pay by card in the app after the service is complete. You can book immediately; two hours' notice is best.

Three steps

One: add your car and choose Trip, Hours or Day. Two: set the date, pickup time and location. Three: pick a favorite captain or the nearest one, and confirm. The whole thing takes under a minute.

Timing

Nothing stops an immediate booking. Two hours in advance gives the best choice of captains, and is our advice for airport runs and full days.

Payment

The fare is shown before you confirm. Payment is by card in the app, charged once the service is complete. Corporate accounts with one consolidated invoice are available on request.

Cancellation and extras

Cancellation is free until the captain is on his way to you. Fuel, parking and tolls during the booking are paid by the member, as when driving yourself.

If something changes

The concierge on WhatsApp handles late flights, a change of pickup point, or a preference for an English-speaking captain.
